Your Puerto Iguazu tour itinerary
7:00 am - Depart from your accommodation and head to Saltos del Monday; if your hotel is in the city of Puerto Iguazú Argentina will take a ferry boat to cross the Iguazú an Paraná River and in 25 minutes will be arriving on the Paraguayan territory. After we finish the formalities to get into the country, will continue ahead to Monday Park: a natural wonder located in the Presidente Franco District. We will spend the morning exploring the breathtaking waterfalls and surrounding natural beauty.
We will also visit a popular market where will have real contact with the local people and learn more about their culture.
After that will have a break to have lunch trying always to have a local experience.
In the afternoon we will depart for the Itaipu Dam, one of the world's largest hydroelectric power plants, take a guided tour to learn about this impressive engineering marvel and its significance (approximately 2 hours), and the next part of the tour will be pass through downtown and get back to the hotel.
